10 Great MMA Fighters Who Have Never Won a UFC Title… Until Now
10 of the best fighters who have never won a UFC title.
The UFC is full of greats all the time. Conor McGregor, Chuck Liddell, Anderson Silva, Georges St-Pierre, and Daniel Cormier are just a few examples of fighters who have held the gold medal during their careers with the promotion. Their legacy is engraved in mixed martial arts history, as they will always be remembered for their incredible heroism and the ways in which they captivated fans from all over the world, no matter what era they were a part of.
On the flip side, though, there are fighters who have excellent careers but haven’t been able to land a title. Some examples are Donald Cerrone, Thiago Alves, Kat Zingano and Melvin Manhof. Both of these fighters were either in a title fight or fought for a belt but came up short. While the belt is an all-encompassing goal, sometimes fighters are remembered for their singles matches rather than if they didn’t win a title. There are various ways to make a mark on the sport, be it broadcasting, calling or simply accepting a fight against anyone or at any time. Regardless of the standards, the aforementioned fighters have done a little bit of everything during their time in the sport.
While the list of actions can be a bit controversial, there is very little thought that has been taken into account. This list contains some variety, and while it may come as a surprise to some, older MMA fans will certainly appreciate some of the options.
