Betting odds for next Florida Gators coach have been released
Unless you don’t pay much attention to college football, I found out that the University of Florida and coach Dan Mullen have agreed to separate Last Sunday after losing to Missouri. It seems that it was only a matter of time before college football fanatics began to realize their future goals for the vacant main training venue at the UF.
And Vegas was definitely ready for this, as betting odds for the upcoming Florida soccer coach were released earlier today by BetOnline.

At the top of that list is Louisiana football coach Rajin Cajones, Billy Napier, who gave odds 7/2 to become the head coach for Knowles’ rival.
Napier, who is only 42 years old, has his resume so far in his young coaching career. He was a reception coach at Alabama in 2013-2016, before getting his first big job as offensive coordinator for Arizona State in 2017. After just one season at ASU, Napier was hired by Louisiana to be the head coach and built the Ragin Cajuns into a soccer team. Great.

In Napier’s first season, the Cajuns were the winners of the SBC Western Division and finished the season 7-7. Since his first tour in Louisiana, the Cajuns have gone 31-5 in the last three seasons and finished 15th in the AP Poll in the 2020 season.
Below Napier on the list is none other than Wonderboy Lane Kiffin, with a difference of 5/1. Most fans know and remember Kevin since he was a Raiders coach in 2007-2009 when he was just 31 years old. This made him the youngest coach in Auckland history.
Kevin has also spent time on a number of high-quality college jobs since leaving Raiders. He has been the head coach at Tennessee State (2009), USC (2010-2013), FAU (2017-2019). The still-young coach also spent time in Alabama as an offensive coordinator under Nick Saban in 2014-2016. Kevin is currently the head coach of the Ole Miss, leading them to eighth in the country this season with a very effective attack.

Two other names that catch the attention of football fans are Mario Cristobal (HC at Oregon; odds 11/2) and James Franklin (HC at PSU; odds 8/1). Both are guys who have been very successful in high-level programs lately and are talked about in every high-level training position.
Other noteworthy names are Deion Sanders (25/1), Urban Meyer (50/1), and Tim Tebow (100/1). Three men likely won’t wear the hateful blue and orange as head coach next season, but they’ll make up a headline if they ever get the job.
It’s safe to say that UF has some tempting options to choose from. Although some might be questionable hiring, to say the least. All in all, with the UF (and possibly Miami) looking for new coaches, things are looking good for Florida to take over Florida State again.
