Bills CB leaves the match with a serious knee injury

Buffalo Bills star Tre’Davious White left his Thanksgiving match with a serious knee injury.

After losing to the Indianapolis Colts and Jonathan Taylor and relegating to second in the East Asia region behind the New England Patriots, the Buffalo Bills were looking to return to the winning slate. They faced the New Orleans Saints on Thanksgiving, who suffered injuries on the offensive side of the ball.

But the bills received a panic in the first half. Cornerback Tre’Davious White left the match after an apparent sprain of his left knee.

The Bills initially stated that White was skeptical of a comeback, but was demoted to an outsider after the break.

As you can see in the videos above, White was covering Saints wideout Marquez Callaway in a play. In the process, White’s knee awkwardly twisted, causing him to limp. He was emotional on the sidelines.

With White now out, the next concern is how severe the injury is. That will be determined when he gets tested in the coming hours and days.

Coming into the Thanksgiving game, White posted 41 combined tackles, five defensive passes, one interception, a forced and recovery fumble, and 0.5 sacks. In coverage, White allowed only 33 receptions for 328 yards and no touchdowns to 63 goals this year, according to the Pro Football reference.

We will continue to update you on White’s injury status as soon as additional details are provided.
