Florida Football: Live updates from Coy Norville on Monday

Florida State football is one win away from the championship eligibility after a 26-23 win over the Boston College Eagles last Saturday. FSU jumped into a big lead of late and the second-half comeback was halted by the Eagles (and the referees). Jordan Travis had another big game as a bystander and Keir Thomas led the way defensively with three tackles for a loss and two from two sacks.

The Seminoles will travel a few hours south this week to face the Florida Gators. Both teams will look to qualify for the ball in the final of the regular season. UF coach Dan Mullen sacked yesterday. Saturday’s game kicks off at noon and will be televised on ESPN.

Mike Norville is scheduled to meet with the media today at 11:30 to review the Boston College game and look forward to the Florida game.

Offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham, defensive coordinator Adam Fuller and special teams coordinator John Papuchis are scheduled to meet with the media today as well.

You can follow the comments below for Norville’s comments as well as the curators’ feedback. We will also provide a video of each baler on the site as soon as it becomes available.
