FSU Football In The Fifth Final Of Old Producer Marvin Jones Jr.

Top-tier defensive end and FSU legacy Marvin Jones Jr. has cut his potential schools down to his ultimate challengers.

Florida State Seminoles football, along with the Alabama Crimson Tide, Georgia Bulldogs, Texas A&M Aegis and Oklahoma Sooners, made it into the bottom five for the four-stars.

The prospective class of 2022 students attend American Heritage High School and have a rating of 98 (high 4 stars) from the 247 Sports Composite List. The sites consider him the 37th best player in his category (3rd best WDE and 8th best Florida).

The top ten, released in January, included the Florida Gators, Jackson State Tigers, Miami (Florida), Hurricanes, Oregon Ducks, Texas Longhorns and West Virginia Mountaineers.

The news is just the latest positive development for Seminoles’ recruiting — on Sunday, Florida secured a commitment from the Bless Harris Transportation Offensive Line, a former UCF commitment, after FSU’s dramatic win over Miami.
